Tournament to be Held in Ottawa

Volleyball Canada has announced that the Canadian Men's Volleyball Team will face off against Argentina at the 2024 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League tournament in Ottawa, Canada. The tournament will be held from June 6-10, 2024, and will be streamed live on Volleyball TV and Watch ESPN.

Canada will be looking to build on their success at the 2023 Nations League, where they finished in ninth place. Argentina, meanwhile, is ranked fourth in the world and will be one of the top contenders for the title.

"We are excited to be hosting the Nations League in Ottawa," said Volleyball Canada CEO Mark Eckert. "This is a great opportunity for our fans to see the best volleyball players in the world compete in person."

Tickets for the tournament will go on sale in the coming months. CBC Sports will be the exclusive English-language broadcaster of the tournament in Canada.
