Pimlico Race Course is set to host the second leg of horse racing's Triple Crown, the Preakness Stakes, on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

All eyes will be on Kentucky Derby winner Mage as he looks to become the first horse since Justify in 2018 to win the first two legs of the Triple Crown.

The Preakness Stakes will get underway just before 7 pm ET, with television coverage leading up to race time beginning at 1:30 pm. The post time is approximately 7:01 pm. The first race at Pimlico will start at 10:30 am.

At 7:01 pm ET, the focus will shift over to NBC, which will carry the main event. This is a big event in the horse racing world, and there is sure to be a lot of excitement and anticipation leading up to the race.
